Patient Satisfaction Survey
We have collected and analysed the results from our recent patient survey and are extremely pleased with the outstandingly positive answers and comments. The dentists, nurses and reception staff received a 100% satisfaction rating from the questionnaires which was very much appreciated as we work hard at providing an excellent service. We were also pleased that 97% of patients responded that they were happy with the range of services and treatments on offer and 97% reported satisfaction with the results of treatment.
We were surprised that only 49% of patients knew that there is always a current price list on display in the reception area and has been for many years. Equally only 56% of patients knew about our emergency services and how to access them. We have now updated the signage in both waiting rooms to highlight to patients where this information is displayed.
We have long had the facility to remind patients of appointments by text or e-mail and have found this very useful in reducing missed appointments but only 66% of respondents knew of this service. We have now updated the patient recall letters inviting patients to give us a valid mobile number or e-mail such that they can use the service if they so wish.
The dentists and staff of Zetland Road Dental Practice would like to thank all those patients who took the time to complete our survey as it has provided us with some ideas for future services and reassured us that you are happy with how the practice is run and with the services on offer.
